When A President Plays Cut & Paste With The New Testament

What if the President of the United States took out a pair of scissors and cut out all the parts of the New Testament that he didn't believe in? Thomas Jefferson, 3rd U.S. President and author of the Declaration of Independence, did just that. Jefferson basically took out anything supernatural or miraculous relating to Jesus, such as the virgin birth, angels, miracles, and the resurrection, and instead took meaning in Jesus' moral code, which he thought surpassed the ancient Greeks and Hebrews.
